Based on a completely new development and using the technically sophisticated vacuum expansion process for the manufacture of the roof shell, which is new in this product area, a rear-elevating sleeper roof was also created in addition to the SCA 194.

This variant makes it possible to create unusual layouts, from rear kitchens to the creation of a wet area.

A high-quality slatted base with an aluminium frame provides a great deal of comfort, be it reclining or sleeping.

The arching of the slatted base gives passengers on the rear seat bench more headroom when the bed is folded down and the roof is closed.

The new Southco locks with integrated safety straps ensure simple and secure locking of the roof.

The roof shell is manufactured using the sophisticated vacuum expansion process. This guarantees consistent wall thickness and ensures that the outer surface of the roof shell is smooth and non-profiled – an ideal prerequisite for the direct adhesion of thin solar foil just a few millimetres thick without significantly increasing the overall height of the vehicle.
